122. General Conditions for Product Shipping
Products purchased through the website www.fashionspark.com will be shipped to the address indicated by the purchaser when registering as a user of the aforementioned website. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where there is someone available to receive the product(s) during delivery hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If the shipping address is a building or office, it will be necessary to specify at the time of purchase, in the comments section, whether the order will be left with the concierge or at the reception unit, depending on the case.
The person receiving the product(s) must be of legal age and present their national identity card. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Delays caused by the customer's absence at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, or change of address are not the responsibility of Fashion's Park. Any of these cases are the customer's responsibility, and they must pay for shipping again if necessary.
The person receiving the product(s) must inspect them thoroughly. If they have no objections, they must sign the receipt, which is understood to be sufficient evidence of receipt. Once the item(s) are received without any comments, it will be understood that they have arrived at the customer's address in perfect condition and to their complete satisfaction.
The order will be shipped in a box with the appropriate security seals. If the box and/or envelopes show signs of having been opened, the customer must not accept the shipment, expressly stating the reason for the rejection on the documentation provided. The customer must then report the incident by calling the Comercial Fashion's Park S.A. Call Center. (phone +562 2583 0302) or by email to "serviciocliente@dutties.com" explaining your case.
Shipping Times
Orders will be delivered within the delivery time specified at the checkout.
Shipping times begin the next business day after the purchase is made.
Shipments are made on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
For these purposes, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are always considered non-business days.
Products will be shipped throughout Chile. You can inquire about shipping costs by emailing the online store (serviciocliente@dutties.com).
Shipping costs must be paid at the time of purchase.
The feasibility and Stipulated delivery times may be subject to changes and are subject to restrictive conditions stipulated by health and regulatory authorities, as well as other uncontrollable variables beyond Fashions Park's responsibility.
Shipments and delivery commitments are subject to the technical feasibility and operational availability of Fashions Park, its transportation companies, and its commercial suppliers. As mentioned above, in cases of suspension of the sales process and/or shipments of marketed products, these will remain pending until operational activity resumes, allowing the sales process and/or pending orders to continue, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2. Special Conditions Applicable to Purchases Made with a "Fashion's Park" Credit Card
If the purchase was paid for with a "Fashion's Park" credit card, prior to shipment of the product(s), the customer will be contacted through the Comercial Fashion's Park S.A. Call Center to confirm the purchase (hereinafter, "purchase validation") and request the necessary information in accordance with company policies.
If no contact is made with the customer, after 72 hours from the date of purchase, an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the cancellation.
For matters not covered by the special conditions applicable to purchases made with a "Fashion's Park" credit card, the conditions established in section 1 above shall apply.
3. Shipping Sizes
Each order will have 4 possible sizes:
Small: Weight range of 0–15 equivalent kilos (*)
Medium: Weight range of 15.1–20 equivalent kilos (*)
Large: Weight range of 20.1–25 equivalent kilos (*)
Extra Large: Over 25 equivalent kilos (*)
(*) Equivalent kilo = Box size that best fits the order (Length x Width x Height)/4000
