Dispatch Conditions and Times

 

 

1. General conditions for the dispatch of products

 

Products purchased through the www.dutties.com website will be shipped to the address indicated by the purchaser when registering as a user. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where a person is available to receive the products during the delivery time between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If the delivery address is a building or office, please specify in the comments section at the time of purchase whether the order will be left with the concierge or at the reception desk, as applicable.

Receive your order the business day after online purchase (with cost) (additional shipping). Available only for the Vespucci ring of the Metropolitan Region.

Home delivery

 

Receive your order at home in up to 10 business days in the Metropolitan Region and regions. In extreme regions, the period It takes up to 15 business days. Home delivery is free. in the Metropolitan Region for purchases over $23,990.

Same day dispatch

 

Buy online on business days until 11:00 am, and receive that Same day delivery with home delivery (additional cost associated) to the office). Excluding sale of cushions. Available for following communes of the RM: Recoleta, Independencia, Quinta Normal, Maipú, Pudahuel, Renca, Quilicura, Conchalí, Lo Prado , Navia Hill, Central Station, Huechuraba, Cerrillos, San Pedro,

Providence, Nuñoa, Las Condes, Florida, Queen Macul, Penalolen, Vitacura, Lo Barnechea, San Miguel, La Cisterna, La Granja, San Ramon, La Pintana, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, San Joaquin, The Mirror, The Forest, High Bridge, San Bernardo, Hill. Excludes the following municipalities in the Metropolitan Region: Lampa, Til Til, Pirque, and San José de Maipo, Buin, Calera de Tango, Paine, Melipilla, Alhué, Curacaví, María Pinto, El Monte, Maipo Island, Father Hurtado, Peñaflor, Talagante.

 

Dispatch times

 

● Orders will be delivered within the delivery time specified at the time of purchase, at checkout.

 

● Dispatch time begins on the business day following the purchase.

 

● Shipments are made on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

 

For these purposes, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will always be considered non-working days.

 

The person receiving the product(s) must be of legal age and present their national identity card. Failure to collect the order will result in it being returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be required to pay the shipping cost again.

 

Delays caused by the customer's absence at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, or change of address are not the responsibility of Dutties. In any of these cases, the customer must pay for shipping again if necessary.

 

The person receiving the product(s) must inspect them thoroughly. If there are no complaints, they must sign the receipt, which is understood to be sufficient evidence of safe receipt. Upon receiving the item(s) without any comments, it will be understood that they have arrived at the user's address in perfect condition and to their complete satisfaction.

 


The order will be shipped in a box with the appropriate security seals. If the box and/or envelopes show signs of having been opened, the customer must not accept the shipment, explicitly stating the reason for the rejection on the documentation. The customer must then report the incident by calling the Call Center . Dutties branding (phone +562 2583 0302) or email to “ serviciocliente@dutties.com ”, detailing your case.

 

Product shipping is available throughout Chile. You can check shipping costs by emailing ( serviciocliente@dutties.com ) on the online store.

 

Shipping costs must be paid at the time of purchase.

 

Feasibility and delivery times may change, subject to restrictive conditions established by health authorities, regulators, and other uncontrollable variables beyond Dutties' responsibility.

 

Shipments and delivery commitments depend on the technical feasibility and operational availability of Dutties transporters and commercial Suppliers associated with the business. As mentioned above, in the event of suspension of the sales and/or shipment process, products will remain pending until operational activity resumes, allowing the sales process and/or pending delivery orders to continue, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Special conditions applicable to purchases made with a “Dutties” credit card

 

In case the purchase was paid with the "Dutties" credit card, prior to the dispatch of the product(s), the customer will be contacted through the dutties branding Call Center to confirm the purchase (hereinafter, “the validation of the purchase”) and request the necessary data in accordance with Dutties'policies .

 

If the customer has not been contacted within 72 hours of the purchase, an email will be sent informing them of the cancellation.

 

For matters not covered by the special conditions applicable to purchases made with a “Dutties” credit card, the conditions established in section 1 above shall apply.

 

3. Office sizes

 

Each order will have 4 possible sizes:

 

● Small: Weight range of 0 – 15 equivalent kilos (*)

 

● Medium: Weight range of 15.1 – 20 kilos equivalent (*)

 

● Length: Weight range of 20.1 – 25 kilos equivalent (*)

 

● Extra long: Over 25 kilos equivalent (*)

 

(*) Kilo equivalent = Box size that best fits the order (Length x Width x Height)/4000

 

4. Order Tracking

 

To track your order, you can check our "track your order" section on our website with your order number. If you don't have one, you can request one by emailing customerservice@dutties.com .

 

5. In case of not receiving the order

 

If the order is not received, the customer must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to the box " serviciocliente@dutties.com " .

 

After verifying the case, Dutties Brand will contact you to provide a response.
