In the top right corner, click on the user icon. You'll be taken to a section where you'll enter the email address you used to make your purchase. You'll receive a 6-digit code that will allow you to access your profile.

Once you've logged in, you'll be able to check the status and/or progress of your orders.

Once you've completed the order confirmation, you'll receive an invoice email. Please review it.

Step 1

The exchange request must be made at any Dutties store within 60 days of purchase. You only have 10 days to return a product.

Step 2

Bring the unused product in excellent condition to exchange it at the store or address indicated by Dutties.

You must remember:

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• The change of the same product will depend on stock.
• If the value of the product selected for exchange is greater than the value on the receipt, you must pay the difference.
• If you need to exchange or return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
• Our salespeople and cashiers will determine whether the product can be exchanged or returned.
• In the event of a refund, the refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 business days.

• If the order is in the "Ready to Ship" status, you can make the change, keeping in mind that it may take 24 business hours to process.
• If the order is already in dispatch, the operator may take up to 72 business hours to process the change. If the order is delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase during this period, the company is not responsible.
