Right of Withdrawal

 

The user or customer may withdraw from contracts entered into through this site and request cancellation of the purchase and a refund of the money paid, subject, however, to the terms and restrictions indicated below:

Consumers may not exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts concluded by electronic means or in those in which an offer made through catalogs, advertisements or any other form of remote communication is accepted, when acquiring:

 

1. Sealed personal or hygiene goods. These are products that, due to their specific function or characteristics, are intended for use by a person, whether for hygiene or health reasons, and whose security seals have been opened or removed by the consumer after delivery, thereby posing a health or hygiene risk. These items include underwear, swimwear, makeup, and personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, soaps, or creams, among others.

 

2. Products​​​​​​​​ custom made​​​​​​​​​​​​ either manufactured​​​​​​​​​ according to​​​ the​ need​​​​​​​​ of the​ customer .​​​​​​

 

3. Perishable or immediate consumption products.
