The options detailed on this page apply only to refund processes, NOT TO EXCHANGE PROCESSES . The maximum legal period to request a refund is 15 business days. Refunds are processed through the Ventipay virtual wallet, which is automatically created at the time of purchase. If the customer wishes to transfer the money to their bank account, they can manage it directly from the platform once the refund has been processed.

If you need help with a refund for any (or all) of the products you purchased, you can request it through our returns form by clicking HERE

Important: This form does not apply due to the right of withdrawal (return due to dissatisfaction/dissatisfaction).

INSTRUCTIVE

Enter your details: first name, last name, tax ID, email, phone number, order number.

Select the type of return: total (all products), partial (some product(s))

Select your bank and account type

Enter your account number (important not to confuse it with the card number).

Please provide details of your request: SKU, size, model, and color of the products you wish to return.

Click "Submit."

Our Customer Service Team will receive your application, and if it meets the conditions stipulated in our Terms and Conditions, it will be accepted and you will receive confirmation via email.
