Reverse Instructions

If you wish to return your product, you can request it through our returns form.

Remember that we do not process exchanges, only returns.

How to complete your return request?

1. Enter your order number and associated email address here.

2. Select the product(s) you wish to return.

3. Select a reason for return, provide additional comments regarding the status of your order, and attach appropriate images.

4. Then you must select the refund option in the original payment method.

5. Select the payment method and enter the details associated with your bank.

6. After completing your details, you must choose a return method.

Our Customer Service Team will receive your application and, if it meets the conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, it will be accepted and you will receive confirmation by email.

You have 30 days to make exchanges at any of our stores from Arica to Coyhaique. You can exchange the product for one of equal value, or if you prefer a higher value item, you must pay the difference.

Remember:

● Bring the product unused and in excellent condition, along with all tags and the original receipt.

● Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

● Our salespeople and cashiers will determine the suitability of the product exchange or return.

● For hygiene reasons, changes in lingerie, pajamas, and swimsuits are not permitted.
