PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Win 1 year’s supply of clothing”
1.- ORGANIZING ENTITY.
RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL INDUSTRY DUTTIES SpA., RUT N° 80665387-1,
hereinafter, the “Company”, domiciled at Panamericana Norte N° 5951, commune of Conchalí, Santiago, carries out the commercial promotion called “Win 1 year's supply of clothing” according to the following bases, hereinafter the “Promotional Bases”.
2.- VALIDITY, PARTICIPANTS AND MECHANICS.
The contest period runs from March 4th to March 31st, 2026, both dates inclusive.
All customers registered with the Dutties Club who make at least one purchase in Dutties physical stores within the specified dates will be entered into the contest. Entry into the drawing will be automatic upon fulfillment of the aforementioned requirements. Providing your Chilean tax ID (RUT) at the time of purchase is a requirement for participation.
3. ABOUT THE DRAW AND THE PRIZE.
One prize will be raffled off across all stores. The raffle will be held on Monday, April 1, 2026, at Panamericana Norte 5951, Conchalí, Santiago, at a location to be specified if it is not possible to hold the raffle at the aforementioned address due to unforeseen circumstances, and it will not be open to the public.
The prize consists of a year's supply of clothing at Dutties, equivalent to $500,000 pesos. This amount is distributed as follows: $50,000 pesos monthly between April and November, and a final $100,000 pesos in December. It is expressly stated that the prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services and will be awarded only if the conditions established in these terms and conditions are met. Any expenses incurred beyond those mentioned will be the responsibility of the customer, who must pay that amount as they see fit. If a winning customer is unable to attend, they may designate someone else to receive the prize on their behalf.
The draw will be conducted using a random algorithm applied to the customer list, which will generate a list of 5 customers. The first customer will be the winner, and the remaining customers will serve as alternates in case the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days from the date of the draw or if they do not meet all the requirements established in these terms and conditions.
Once the potential winner has been identified, and to coordinate the prize delivery, the Company will contact the winner by telephone at the numbers registered in the Company's databases. If there is no response from the potential winner within 5 business days after the draw, one of the reserve potential winners will be contacted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, winners may also be contacted through social media or other available channels. This is at the company's discretion, not an obligation, with telephone calls being the primary means of contact.
4. REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE TO REDEEM THE PRIZE.
To claim the prize, the winner must coordinate with the Loyalty team to collect it at the Dutties store where the purchase was made. Failure to appear at the agreed-upon location will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, without any right to claim or compensation, in which case Dutties SpA will be released from all liability.
5. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS.
For the purposes of this competition, the following exclusions and limitations apply:
a) The winners will be responsible for any costs they may incur in collecting the prizes, using them, and participating in this contest.
b) Fashion's Park SpA Credit Card Administrator does not assume any responsibility for the winner's behavior in relation to the use or destination that he gives to the prize.
c) Employees and/or managers of the Company, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and first degree of affinity, nor employees of companies associated and/or controlled by the Company, nor suppliers linked to this promotion may not participate.
6.- ADVERTISING.
These terms and conditions will be published on the website www.dutties.com . Participation in this contest implies, for all legal purposes, full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Dutties SpA is authorized to publish and disseminate, in any manner and/or through any media it deems appropriate, the name and/or images of the winner(s) of the aforementioned prize(s). For these purposes, it may name, identify, photograph, and/or film the winner(s), without being required to make any payment, in cash or in kind, to said winner(s), their companions, and/or their family group, which is expressly authorized by the contest participants.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
By claiming the prize, the customer will be deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions, and will have no right to file any claim or action of any nature against Administradora de Dutties.
Dutties Administrator reserves the right to modify these contest rules when circumstances not attributable to the Administrator and not foreseen in these rules or that constitute a fortuitous event or force majeure justify it, and may cancel, suspend or modify this contest.
Dutties SpA reserves the right to initiate any legal action that may be appropriate if irregularities are detected during the competition, such as forgeries, impersonation, falsification of information, etc.
